Cox's recently welcomed back a cherished former employee, Lillian Punchaby, who at 92 years young, delighted current staff with her visit and reminisced about her time with the company.

Lillian joined Cox’s in the early 1970s, taking on the roles of bookkeeper and financial controller. Her career at Cox’s spanned 38 years, during which she worked closely with the company’s founder, George Cox, his son Frank, and eventually Frank’s sons, Chris (current MD as picturedr) and Martyn Cox.

Known for her remarkable memory and sparkling personality, Lillian was a beloved member of the team. Her visit was a rare and special opportunity for the company to reconnect with its rich history.

"It's not every day we get to reconnect with the past. Thank you, Lillian, for being an inspiration to us all," said Chris Cox, reflecting the sentiments of many who had the pleasure of working with her.
