We are thrilled to announce the commencement of a new S278 Civils Works project on behalf of Redrow at Canute Place, Knutsford. This project includes the construction of a new roundabout, new carriageway, new footpaths, surfacing of the existing highway, and the installation of pedestrian guardrails.

The project will start on the 31st of July and is expected to take approximately 9 weeks to complete. The work will be split into 6 phases to ensure minimal disruption and efficient progress. Please see the phasing drawing below for detailed information on how the works will be carried out.
